Rutstein co-organized and participated in an interdisciplinary workshop with the Ocean Memory Project at Friday Harbor Laboratories. Situated between Seattle and Vancouver, the University of Washington’s Friday Harbor Laboratories is a marine research lab in the midst of the Salish Sea. This year’s workshop theme was Interconnection of Land and Ocean and expands upon an eight year-long journey with the Ocean Memory Project.
